We seek motivated individuals with the right attitude, aptitude and personality to build eco-homes and do eco-renovations. Experience in conventional trades is a key asset. Architectural, drafting, engineering or fine arts training are also beneficial (but not essential). Most important is your positive energy, compatibility and ability to work hard and learn quickly.

We receive many job inquiries from people seeking short-term, part-time and full-time employment. Generally, we do not accept resumes. Rather, we suggest that you first try your hand at straw bale building as a volunteer with one of our crews. A short volunteer stint, even just one day, helps us see your skills and can also help you to determine whether our company and type of work is right for you.
