Harvest Homes is always seeking motivated individuals with the right attitude, aptitude and personality to work on our crews.
Every year (in March and April) we hire seasonal staff to work on our straw and plaster crew and perform other tasks as present themselves. Many of our current full time crew received their start with us by first chucking bales on site and slapping plaster on the walls as seasonal hires. If you share positive energy, like hard work, enjoy some travel and are keen to learn quickly all while making a difference in the world, then we are interested in hearing from you. Experience in conventional trades or building design is a key asset.
We welcome (and receive many) unsolicited cover letters and resumes, every one of which we review then keep on file for one year.
