Straw Bale Research Documents
The good folks at Harvest Homes have collected an impressive library of straw bale research papers over the years. Some of these research papers were published by large standards organizations or industry associations such as the Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CHMC) and American Society for Testing Materials (ASTM). Other research papers were published by universities and colleges. Still other studies have been created by building departments of various major cities throughout Canada and the United States.
Since we’ve taken the time to collect a veritable library of straw bale research papers, we thought it would be a shame not to share them with all of our friends in the ecological building community. Please feel free to view, download and share any of the valuable information you might find here with your friends, family – or local building inspector!
