Worldwide Top 10 in Green Architecture won by Strawbale Home

Modern urban straw bale home ranked among best stories from around the world

From high rises adorned with vertical forests to teeny tiny houses, we are proud to have found ourselves somewhere in between with our modern urban strawbale infill house, last week announced as a project among the international Top 10 in Green Architecture for 2015!

We are proud to garner such recognition from such a highly regarded, broadly read, publication as TreeHugger and its editor and resident architect (and architectural critic), Lloyd Alter.

In turn, we too wish to share our own thanks to those on our team who contributed their ideas, hands, sweat (and yes, a few tears) and various efforts to this rewarding cause. Congratulations and many thanks to Ed Wallace, Melanie Scott, Dan Indoe, Rob Loubser, Steve Hagen, Michel Arsenault, Dan Stewart, Darryl Stevenson, Winter Harbinson, Dave Hope & Trever Miller for your long hours and careful craftsmanship. Thanks too as always to designer Nicolas Koff and his guiding vision and always collaborative manner.

2016 is already shaping up to be an even more impressive year!
